As we unite in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, let us duly note that not all were as fortunate following the disaster. An alarming number of our neighbours find themselves displaced or worse. Should you find yourself in a position to offer assistance, kindly consider extending your support. Unable to personally deliver supplies to those in dire need? Fear not! A substantial effect can still be made through the medium of financial aid. We humbly request that you contemplate donating, regardless of the sum, via a swift and secure wire transfer or through the following secure link: https://vist.ly/3chrj These contributions can dramatically alter someone's life, illuminating the dark tunnel of these exceedingly difficult times. Let's consolidate our efforts, stand resolute, and reconstruct with greater strength! Every single donation, no matter how minor, has a substantial impact and is greatly appreciated. #HurricaneBerylRelief #DonateNow #StandTogether

As I respond to text messages checking in to see how we weathered Hurricane Helene and scroll through pictures of downed trees and flooded streets, I find myself thinking about disaster #fundraising. Over the next few weeks, millions will be donated to support those impacted by this storm. People will pull out their credit cards without even thinking. Why? Because of the urgency of the need. People who lose their homes need our help. People with nowhere to go need our help. People trying to figure out what happens next need our help. Urgency. When #donors understand the urgency of the need in front of them, they are more willing to act. The need doesn't have to be a disaster or an emergency for it to be urgent. #majorgifts #donorsnotdollars

Only 2% of the homes hit by Hurricane Helene in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina had a policy protecting them against catastrophic flooding, according to an analysis by Politico and E&E News. If you’re in a position to help, personally or professionally, please do. The rebuilding efforts will take years for so many impacted. Avoid donating money to non-profits with large overhead. Research local organizations that are in a position to get support to those in need quickly and efficiently. #nonprofit #community #america #insurance #financialservices #communitybanking
