Service Dog Education 101! This is private property however, it IS open to the public for baseball events. The question is.. are Service dogs allowed here? ... ... The answer is YES! Even if it's private property Service dogs would be allowed here because it is open to the public for events! This is a theme I see with private property is that staff will state this. This is a common misconception though. Even if it's private property Service Dogs would be allowed without permission *as long as* the event is held open to the public. I am involved with a $500k fundraising project for 16 new Pickleball Courts being built in our city. There are 5-6 of us on the Leadership Team and 400 players that play on the 4 current courts. We need VOLUNTEERS to assist us in accomplishing goals. Selling Raffle Tickets for our Calendar Raffle is what we are asking players to do. Players are reluctant and want to keep watching the Leadership Team do the heavy lifting…we all have seen and experienced this frustrating scene.
