Training inside a racquetball court offers unique advantages—its confined space allows for maximizing reps while honing in on precision and timing. This setup encourages constant adjustment, as I’m receiving the ball from multiple angles, improving my ability to react quickly and efficiently in unpredictable situations. By increasing reps from different angles, I can simulate real-game scenarios, sharpening my awareness and ability to engage the ball no matter where it comes from. Each movement is powered from the core, focusing on explosive engagement, which is crucial for high-level performance on the court. The benefits? Training in a racquetball court boosts reaction time, enhances body control, and sharpens explosiveness.
