Three personality traits of Bharat Forge customer centric dependable. Sense of Urgency, a book you would suggest for aspiring leaders? So I would recommend three books, The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton, Man Search for Meaning by Victor Frankel, and the third is 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. How is digitization and technology progressing at Bharat Post in operations? So we are using digitization in operations in two essential areas. Quality and safety. Quality where we want to ensure that there is 0 defect forward or zero fault forward in the operations. And you will see that in the machine shops and areas where it is safety critical and is a challenge for ergonomics, we use robots. So these are two essential areas where we use digitization. How does Bharat Forge promote gender diversity and inclusion within its manufacturing workforce? So first of all, we want to break the myth. That women can't work on shop floors. We want to break the myth that women are not suited for heavy engineering industries. We have recently hired a batch of 25 women trainees and we put them on shop floor and they are not only working on the machines but they are also ensuring that they produce defect free products and are trained on safety, quality and productivity. What advice would you give to aspiring operation? Leaders looking to excel in their careers. I would call it the three C's. The three C's meaning. Communicate. Collaborate and be customer centric. These are the three mantras for aspiring leaders in operations.
