People & Culture Leader | Learning Facilitator | Mentor & Executive Coach | I help organizations transform by unlocking the potential of their emerging leaders

🔊 The best leaders have a special skill: they listen twice as much as they talk. In a world full of noise, being a good listener is an advantage. Why? Because when you listen: ➡️ You capture valuable ideas that others miss. ➡️ You build trust within your team. ➡️ You foster innovation by valuing every voice. A leader who listens not only leads, but inspires. Here's the challenge for you: Next time you're in a meeting or conversation, pause, listen, and learn. Because the most meaningful answers don't always come from leadership... but from the team. Are you willing to try it? 🤔 #Leadership #ListeningIsPower ------ I'm Bhavna, and at Mindslines we support human resources departments in implementing development programs for emerging leaders. 👉 Contact me to share our free tool to measure the return on investment of your development programs and our Leadership Companion, an AI-based tool to support the leaders of your company in their challenges.

Absolutely, If you just talk, you're loosing the opportunity to understand what the other person wants. In sales, this is specially rellevant, as we should offer to our customers what they really need. The importance of listening is fundamental, that's why God gave us one mouth and two ears, 😊 Thanks for sharing Bhavna Karani!
