As for as 1st point is concerned, it’s the best practice of Pakistani company’s HR representatives not to mention salary brackets (most of them, they won’t even share it after asking from them about salary brackets but won’t consider if you don’t tell them your current or last drawn salary). 2nd and 3rd points are good to be considered before applying. Also repeatedly posting same posts by HRs of most of the companies won’t even get desired candidates which they’re expecting instead post jobs via job portals and consider employees by shortlisting them, don’t just rely on some automated systems which are being used that rejects most of the candidates immediately after parsing the resumes or CVs, they might miss the best candidates. The recruitment process also needs to be changed specially for those companies who rejects candidates after 1st interview which is mostly remote verbal interview and that’s not enough for shortlisting the candidates expertise instead 1st interview should have been any written test including coding questions and MCQs etc, based on the result shortlist the candidates for the technical verbal interview and shortlist based on both interviews at least.
