Is your office hybrid enough? 🤔 Switching to hot desks and flexible offices can be a big adjustment. Studies show that there is a considerable need for such changes. ➡️ 87% of workers wish for greater flexibility in their work schedules. Here are a few ideas on how to adapt: Be organised: Provide tools like Trello or Slite to better organise and keep track of projects, especially when people are working in different locations. People at Comeen use them daily 👀 Be flexible: Give employees the chance to work in a range of environments. Create dedicated spaces across the office for different needs. You could have a quiet room, a music-allowed space, and an area where people can take a proper break. 😴 Be modern: Reservation platforms such as Comeen's ensure that you have a space when needed and avoid conflicts (it's no fun to spend half an hour in traffic only to find no space to sit 🤐).
