🚀 Excited to share the pivotal role traveling played in scaling my businesses! ✈️ From the bustling streets of Mumbai to the tech hub of Bangalore, the cultural richness of Kolkata to the dynamic city of Hyderabad, and the historical charm of Lucknow, I've traversed every corner of incredible India. During my journeys, I prioritized meeting partners in person, resulting in face-to-face interactions with over 10,000 individuals. These personal connections have been the driving force behind not only generating substantial business but, more importantly, cultivating enduring relationships. In today's digital age, where virtual meetings dominate, nothing compares to the authenticity and impact of in-person interactions. Whether it's a shared meal, a handshake, or a heartfelt conversation, these moments foster trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding. Reflecting on my experiences, I firmly believe that meeting in person is the key to scaling any business. It's through these genuine connections that we unlock new opportunities, foster innovation, and build a solid foundation for long-term success. Cheers to the transformative power of travel and the countless relationships it has enabled me to forge along the way. Let's continue to prioritize face-to-face meetings as we embark on our entrepreneurial journeys and scale our businesses together! #BusinessScaling #RelationshipBuilding #TravelForSuccess 🌍🤝

I was wrong when I thought Work From Home is not effective ❗ There is massive mega block happening at Mumbai local Central line till 2nd June, because of platform widening & expansion at CSMT & Thane Railway Station. I personally do not travel by local for work but my teammates do, so it was crucial for me to delegate work & not waste the day! Here are 3 things I did to get 'Work from Home' done effectively & proved myself wrong, 1. Having a system for work navigation for my team mates based on their activities. So they know what goes where & its chronology. 2. Leveraging video conferencing to its fullest to delegate work without missing any details. 3. Being on a same page with your teams mates regarding the vision for client's work. So did you work from home today? 😉 #workfromhome #digitalmarketing #teamwork

🌧️ 𝐌𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐢’𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐬: 𝐀 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 🌧️ Hey everyone! The heavy rains in Mumbai always bring unique challenges. Yet, every year, I witness incredible resilience and adaptability from the people of this city. Despite knee-deep water, people find creative ways to reach their destinations. This teaches us to find solutions and keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles. 🚶♂️💡 Neighbors helping each other, strangers offering lifts, and volunteers distributing food. This reminds us that teamwork and community support are vital in overcoming challenges. 🤝🏠 Businesses quickly switch to remote work, and employees adapt to new routines. This shows the importance of flexibility and being prepared for sudden changes. 💼🏠 Mumbaikars are experts at finding quick fixes for leaking roofs and flooded homes. This highlights the value of quick thinking and effective problem-solving in our professional lives. 🛠️💡 Despite the chaos, there’s always a smile and a sense of humor. Maintaining a positive attitude can make even the toughest situations manageable. 😄🌟 Let’s take these lessons from Mumbai’s monsoons and apply them to our careers. Be resilient, adaptable, and always support each other. Together, we can weather any storm! 💪 #Resilience #Adaptability #MumbaiRains #ProfessionalGrowth #StayPositive

🚦 Crossing Mumbai’s Streets: A Lesson in Confidence and Courage 🚦 Building on my previous post, as said, navigating the bustling streets of Mumbai can be intimidating, especially with the constant chaos of traffic. I remember the first time I crossed a busy road many years ago in Delhi during my first visit to India —my heart raced, I didn’t know where to look and was paralysed by fear to bump into something or someone! But then I learned a valuable tip: walk confidently and keep moving, and surprisingly, drivers will often yield to your presence. This simple act of crossing a street again here in Mumbai, reminded me of the power that lies in embracing confidence, even when fear is present. In both life and career, the ability to face your fears and projecting assurance can create opportunities we might not expect. Sometimes, we just need to acknowledge our fears and take that step forward anyway. It’s not always easy, whether it’s a new project, a challenging conversation, or a bold career move, showing up with confidence—even if it feels like “fake it till you make it”—can lead to amazing outcomes. Let’s remember to navigate our paths with courage, knowing that when we step forward decisively, the world often makes way for us. #Confidence #faceyourfears #MumbaiTraffic

So, Recently I shifted to Mumbai. Did I like it at the start? Honestly, no. Why? Because I left all my friends back in Delhi. It was tough being in a new city without them. It took me some time to come to terms with it. But along the way, I realized a few things: 🖊 Friends are truly the pillars of our lives. 🖊 Change is challenging and uncomfortable. 🖊 Not every decision will make you happy immediately. But here's what I learned: 🖊 Real friends make you feel connected, no matter the distance. 🖊 Change, while scary, is also an opportunity for growth and new experiences. 🖊 Every place has its own unique charm and advantages. And you know what? I'm loving Mumbai now. The city, with its vibrant energy and endless opportunities, has grown on me. This journey reminds me so much of building your personal brand on LinkedIn. It’s tough at first, and you might feel alone. But remember: 🖊 Your network is your support system. Stay connected and build meaningful relationships. 🖊 Embrace change and new strategies. They open doors to incredible opportunities. 🖊 Every effort you put in has its rewards. Keep pushing, and you’ll find your place. If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed on LinkedIn, just like I did in Mumbai, let’s connect. Together, we can navigate this journey and make your brand shine. OneSelf discovering in a different city Relocating to a new city after living in one place since birth has been one of the biggest challenges, and the transition has been both difficult and rewarding. Here are some key lessons I learned after moving to Hyderabad: ✅Adaptability: Adjusting to new foods, navigating local markets, and learning to embrace the local culture taught me to be flexible in unfamiliar situations. ✅Language & Communication: Moving to a place where the local dialect and slang were different challenged me, but it improved my ability to actively listen, learn, and communicate with people from different backgrounds. ✅Facing Challenges: Finding a PG near your office is a major hassle that tests your patience. It teaches you how to adjust to living in a single room after leaving the comfort of your family home. ✅Problem-Solving: From adjusting to the climate to building new connections, I had to confront challenges head-on, sharpening my problem-solving abilities. ✅Networking: Forming new social circles in an unfamiliar city helped me strengthen my networking skills, which are critical for growth in any profession This journey has been truly transformative, impacting both my personal and professional life. If you'd like to hear more about any of the experiences I mentioned, feel free to reach out—I'd be happy to share more details or offer any help I can. #PersonalGrowth #Adaptability #EmotionalIntelligence #Networking #CareerDevelopment #Hyderabad #connections

Why Mumbai is almost 3 times ahead of Bengaluru? In terms of number of Top 500 Most Valuable Companies in India I read a report by Hurun India's Top 500 most valuable companies and here it what it says about number of companies in Indian Cities Mumbai tops the list with 156 companies Second spot goes to Bengaluru with 59 companies That's almost three times less I wonder why there is so much gap between the first and the second spot Here is the complete list of top 5 cities Mumbai - 159 Bengaluru - 59 New Delhi - 39 Chennai - 36 Gurugram - 33 If we see Chennai and Gurugram they are almost 5 times behind Why is this still the case that most top valuable companies are there in Mumbai? In todays time, we have all the facilities in terms of Infrastructure connectivity, Network connectivity, Human resource, Capital everything that is needed in almost all the top 5 cities Yet Mumbai dominates Why do you think so this is the case? Do you think this will change in future?

One week before I moved to Bangalore, I was looking for rooms for rent in Mumbai Yes, that’s right, Bangalore was NEVER part of my plan. I had my mind set on moving to Mumbai. I had done so much research. I found out about the rent, the areas, the networking events held there, everything! I didn’t even consider Bangalore until the last week. But did I allow that change in decision to delay moving? Did I think to myself “oh wait now I have to start with the research all over again so let me stay in Goa for a few more weeks/months”? Not at all! I simply made that switch without overthinking it. I decided to trust the process. But why the change of mind? Here are some of the reasons: -My target audience were mostly living in Bangalore -The rent was lower compared to Mumbai -My sister is also in Bangalore and we have family friends there if I ever need anything -The weather is better So I thought to myself, “What did I have to lose?” Even if I go, regret it and have to come back, I’ll just loose about 1.5-2L but atleast I’ll never have to live with the “What if”. And guess what, it was THE BEST decision I ever made. Moving to Bangalore has changed my life for the better. It has made me the self sufficient person I never knew I could be. So every time you face a decision like this, try and ask yourself- “What do I have to lose?” The answer will always give you clarity on what next steps to take. I help Mid-Career Professionals become Super Star Leaders | Ex-Siemens Energy Asia| Amazon Best Seller | Personal Branding | Trainer |
When the phone📞 rang🔔 June 2015, I was sitting 💺at my desk 🧑💻 , and suddenly the phone rang... My CEO reached out, proposing a significant change - an opportunity to craft the business strategy as the Head of Strategy. I was thriving as a Sales Manager, leading a successful team, and enjoying the perks of international travel. Life was good until that unexpected call from my CEO. The catch? Relocate to Gurgaon with Family 👨👩👧 to head the Strategy Role The decision hung in the balance, and I found myself at a crossroads. 🌟 Excitement mixed with fears 🌟 ▶️ Fear of Failure Can I handle the responsibilities of a Head of Strategy with my sales background? ▶️ Fear of the Unknown Moving from my hometown to Delhi, a city known for its challenges. ▶️ Fear of Missing Out Leaving behind the fame and awards as a Sales Manager. ▶️ Fear Due to Overthinking Concerns about my family 👨👩👧 adjusting to the new environment. ▶️ Fear of Saying No How could I refuse an opportunity from my CEO? After soul-searching discussions with my family👨👩👧, I took the leap. ✅ We boarded the flight ✈️ to #Delhi 🏛️ , and from that point, everything changed. Fast forward to 2023, I TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH 🏄 I can confidently say 💥THE ONE CALL FROM MY CEO MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.💥 Grateful for the support of those who guided me through this transformative journey. #careerownershiphub #ceo #siemensenergy #siemens Prashant, Munish, Sangeeta,

Creating digitally empowered second innings through The Social Paathshala | Teacher to the Baby Boomers
I found productivity and peace in the chaos of a bustling city. Have you ever? It's those auto-rides in Mumbai. There’s something special about those rides, isn’t it? While moving through the city of dreams, multitasking becomes second nature. Working on a laptop is nearly impossible, but my phone turns into my mobile office. These journeys are where I design my classes, answer student queries, and handle work calls. It’s amazing how productive a bumpy ride can be. Mumbai traffic can be scary, but it provides ample time to get things done. It’s surprising how much you can accomplish between two points. Beyond productivity, auto-rides are therapeutic for me. The rhythm of the city, the hum of the engine, the endless roads—it’s a stress-buster and a moment of calm amid the chaos. We often take small moments for granted. But these simple, everyday experiences can be incredibly rewarding and productive. P.S.: How do you make the most of your travel time? #womenentrepreneurs #worklifebalance #mumbai
