At Marvelous Minds Online we encourage a thinking vocabulary. As with any dynamic learning subject, the vocabulary must evolve. Part of the evidence of growth is the ability to speak the subject. In thinking about Prizmah and JEIC's Educator Pipeline Playbook, I'm wondering what it might look like to do something like this in Jewish ed. Perhaps the focus could be on fostering teacher excellence and leadership, instead of on equity (though I think a focus on equity would be great too).
