Met so many amazing manufacturers and people at the Specialty Food Association but only noticed two salad dressing companies. When we exhibit in the Winter Show, we’re sure to knock their socks off!
Day 2 of the Specialty Food Association Makers Prep Course at the Summer Fancy Food Show. Learned a ton during our workshop on ‘Working with Buyers’ with Dwight Richmond, Rachel Krupa and Emilio Mignucci moderated by Jack Acree. Walked the two huge floors and bumped into Cristina Jimenez Krislav, Partnerships Director at JOI and friend from Miami. Sampled so much cheese from Rene Marquis CEC, CCE, CCA, AAC at Vermont Creamery and Melanie Jimenez Poelma at FrieslandCampina and many other manufacturers. I’ve already tweaked a few things at Big Mama's Foods based on what I learned in two days! What an excellent event!
