Its going to be 20 days i ordered a pepsi and a cup glass through bigbasket. The delivery boy didnt delivered the item to me and marked as delivered on app when i complained 10 times the money get refunded but actually things happen here. After that day whenever i ordered things from bigbasket, it never get delivered rather than 1 or 2 delivery in 10 order. Few days ago 3 days again i ordered a charger and a kg of grapes, the delivery boy reached to my location and called me but when i gone to receive the order he was saying my store manager of noida sector 15 #praveen said to me that dont deliver the order and come back , when i asked for the reason he said because of your previous complain and also he said u had done the fraud with us. Simply my question is if any delivery boy is coming to deliver the order does he is confirming that whom this order is belongs from before handover the order or he should call me. If he is not doing this and handover the parcel to someone other than how this will be my mistake. Order id:- BNR-1628551974-20250130 and the last order where they said they will not delivered the order because his store manager is saying this order id is BNN-1639691059-20250216
