This book just changed my business forever. And in the next 60 seconds, I'm going to tell you how I was reading this book, Scaling Smart by authors Rich and Kathy Fekky. And they tell you as a business owner, as a reader, to draw out your organizational chart, kind of draw it out. And that's what I did back here. And then they say, quote new business owners often make the mistake of trying to mold their current team members to be the puzzle pieces they need. It is far more effective to determine which pieces are needed and then hire. Accordingly, I draw out this org chart and I realize I need a customer experience manager. I've been trying to force everybody on my team to do it, and it's just not working. It needs to be a dedicated role. So I post it on LinkedIn. I had 25 interviews. I found the perfect person for the job. They're coming on next week. All because of a book that I read in aha moment that I had. So my business is forever changed because of a book that I read, Scaling Smart. Not only that, but it has a ton of other additional advice. So it's not meant for new business. Owners, it's meant for people ready for scale. Book thinkers is in kind of like scale mode. But man, if that's you, this is the perfect book. Check out scaling Smart, you will not regret it.
