General consensus points to the fact that effectiveness of Inbound marketing for business is clear, yet the majority of business owners just don’t have the time and in most cases, the expertise to write and publish valuable content for customers; issue insightful articles, tweet, post to Facebook, circulate presentations, and press releases. Well thought out internet marketing makes any website very effective. Your business or products cannot be made known to the public without marketing. The only way to make your products and services known is to put them out using social media marketing and online marketing. #BikingCommunity #biking #cyclingchallenge #Cycling #cyclinglife

Sir Dave Brailsford’s concept of the aggregation of #marginalgains has contributed to enhanced performance across the world of sport. Famously, the improvements he introduced to the off-bike environment for the Ineos Grenadiers cycling team made as much difference as those relating to riding technique and tactics. In business, ‘sweating the small stuff’ can also bring impressive gains. We’ve been working with clients to apply this principle to enhancing the performance of their websites, using #media coverage to stimulate additional customer and fan #engagement. #primpact #mediaimpact #coverageimpact #preffectiveness #prmeasurement 👇 https://lnkd.in/es3wKuwE

Helping brands accelerate their organic growth with content | Content Strategist | Content Creator | Content Marketer
People can spot an Ad faster than light these days and click on “Skip Ad”⚡. Here is how I think we can make them NOT skip it🎯 Nowadays the CPC (Cost per click) is getting higher than ever.💹 People want to just “Skip Ads”, but we as marketers can change that. 😀 I’ve learned this from observing Tanmay Bhat that as a marketer one must understand Human Psychology to grab their attention.💯🎯 Then use that to write good ads, and automatically people will want to watch it completely if it’s targeted to the right people.👍 An excellent example is the recent ad of MS Dhoni & MC stan made by Moonshot promoting the new Firebolt watch. ⌚ Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/dC-_huwH It catches you by surprise and seamlessly integrates the product. So, taking all the learning, here is my attempt at writing an Ad for a cycling company launching a new Super Fast Road Bike Scene: A man is cycling on the highway in broad daylight on a remote stretch of road and stops by a local tapri for some water. 💦 2 curious people come and ask him the price of the cycle. 🚴♂️💬 The man replies honestly, saying Rs 1,00,000. 💰 The cyclist carries on, but the 2 guys with bad intentions of looting the cyclist hop on their 100cc moped. 🏍️ Meanwhile, the cyclist is thinking, “Should not have told them the actual price. I think I made a mistake.” 😬 He looks behind, and the guys are chasing him. He understands their intentions and spots a slight descent ahead. ⬇️ Taking advantage of the opportunity, he speeds up, confident about the capabilities of his cycle to outrun the 100cc moped. He pushes hard. 🚴💨 And then we can recreate the Dhoom scene of ‘John Abraham’s entry’ where he puts on NOS and disappears. 🚀 Here, the cyclist increases his gear and disappears, and the 2 guys on the Moped give up. 🏍️🚫 We can end with a tagline something like, “Get your hands on the 'Dhoom Bike' of cyclists today.” 🚴♂️💨🌟 Did you like this?😅 I am open to feedback. 😊 #marketingcampaigns #adcampaigns #ad

Junior / Mid-Level Marketeer Wanted - Please share 😍 🚴♀️🚳 It's an exciting time at Boost (boostbike.uk) as we plan for a step up in growth next year. With an internationally renowned athlete looking to share our story, plus one of cycling's most experienced product managers coming on board, we're looking for the right person in the hot seat across PR, Comms & Digital. I use the word 'marketeer' in a broad sense. We have a great team and increasing line of products - now we need the impact and visibility. We have a unique story - we design all our technology systems here in the UK and make most of it here, and we're a bit overly geeky and excited about that. Most other bike brands repackage off the shelf electronics & app systems because it's expensive to design your own; we will become the supplier of this technology in future to those brands, as well as deliver better returns to our investors by selling our products direct to shops & customers. We're looking for someone restless and borderline (un)manageable who's going to come into work on a Monday morning and attempt to sell us on the latest (initially head-scratchingly odd) campaign plan. And, badger our journalist partners to deliver earned media placements without getting blacklisted. And, liaise with our digital marketing experts, and actually enjoy looking at advertising analytics. If you have a good eye for making ads, that'll help too. And about 100 other jobs that will likely come up. A detail-focused early-adopter completer-finisher super-creative. We'll do everything we can to set you up for success, and if you succeed, you will be at the marketing helm of one of the UK's fastest growing mobility brands. Without being overly prescriptive, this is some of the necessary experience... * Actually likes cycling and uses a bike regularly * Some formal marketing qualification * Experience in a brand or marketing team; likely at least a couple of years. Could be agency or in-house * Is itching to show the world what you can do This is likely to be a £25-£40k role, based remotely with some location based work, e.g. bike shows & getting bikes to reviewers. Can fit within school hours or be reduced hours. Messages from recruiters will be unceremoniously deleted. (First messages must include the word 'affable' used appropriately somewhere in the message or will be unceremoniously deleted, because reading to the end of things is an important skill.)

🚲 Free rant included with this article 👇👇👇, it's really a tale of 2 industries...(link in comments below) - in the UK the car industry makes it easy for customers to buy, whether by: - cash - financing - personal loans - or leasing 🚲 Maybe Bike Industry players who aren't taking advantage of those selling strategies should look into them asap - This article also references the 2022 National Travel Survey, the most common uses for cars are: - leisure - shopping - commuting It's not easy to convince people to swap 4 wheels for 2, but using a bike to go to the shops should be something to focus on, whether using a traditional bike or a more modern E-cargo machine - the issue is that, in the UK, most bikes are marketed towards the core of leisure and sports-orientated cyclists - I haven't lived in the UK since 2008, but when I visit bike shops here in Spain I only see promotional materials of people in lycra flying across demanding terrain alone or with similarly-dressed groups Where is the marketing targeting 'regular' people? 🚲 If millions more people take an interest in the activity of Cycling why not make it easier for them to know what to buy and how to buy it? 🚲 If the only options people see through marketing are cyclists who look nothing like them, or normal people in cars, then maybe they'll decide to stick to using the car - what do you think, does the industry need to tweak its marketing? ============================== I'm a Business English coach, and I post English tips as well as stuff about the Bike Industry, follow or connect so you don't miss any updates https://lnkd.in/d9qJppiV
