Take your body weight in KG and complete the following in the quickest time for each exercise: 1. Back squat your bodyweight for half of the reps (80kg x 40r for safest but quickest time) - 3min rest 2. Pull-ups for half of your bodyweight (40r for me) - 3min rest 3.
