Job Title: Site Lifting Engineer Location: IDKU Reporting To: Material Management Lead Summary of Position: Is responsible for approving lift plans in conformance with legislation standards, codes and OMS requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: ·        Provide Lifting Plan(S) and risk assessment(s) that meet legal or regulatory requirements and OMS requirements. ·        Confirm that the lifting equipment is only operated within its safe operating limits and OEM operating instructions. ·        Advise others on the preparation of the lifting Plan. ·        Confirm that the categorization and technical content of the lifting Plan is correct. ·        Approve the lifting Plan prior to submission for authorization by the Lifting Engineer. ·        Confirm that the lifting operations are untaken safely and in conformance with the approved Lift Plan. ·        Participate in and deliver Toolbox talk. ·        Confirm that all personnel involved in a lifting operation are protected at work from the risk to their health or safety by having sufficient training, experience, and adequate supervision to perform the take competently relative to the categorization of the lit. Experience & Education Requirements ·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ·        4+ years' prior in lifting Planning Operations and rigging. ·        Extensive proven records for theoretical and practical knowledge about categories of lifting operations (specially complicated and complex / critical lifts), lift planning and nagging preferred experience in Oil and Gas industry. Essential Requirements ·        LEEA appointed Lifting Certified or Equivalent. ·        Ideally LOLER certified. ·        Lifting Equipment & Crane Inspection Certificate. ·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic language ·        Welling to join immediately Compensation and benefits ·        Work pattern 5/2 (2 days off) 8 hours per days ·        Individual and Family Medical Insurance ·        Competitive salary . Candidates must have 10 year experience in E&P industry and rig operations in the oil & gas industry. To Supervise rig operations as a company representative at wellsite to report with office Engineer and participate in the resource planning process. To work, design the operation procedure and manage with Contractor related to logistics. To support offshore Supervisor, prepare and plan work programme of offshore drilling at Rig and at office as Office Engineer. To be capable to supervise drilling, completion, workover (inclusive ESP replacement) operations as Supervisor. To be able to prepare and plan work program as office Engineer, develop rig operation program for all wells, including diving operation for rig move.
