Rightly said , without a good quality education , so many humans may be just like the animals without ability to read , write , express gratitude , empathy to the caring ones & only can miss lead or guide , the other such peoples or follow blindly the hidden cheaters , jitteries , jilted & un due jealoushies , damages causers . Hi Mr. Gates, this is off topic. My father John Tumey, who passed away March 2021, remembers talking to you back in 1978 or so, in the early days of Microsoft. My dad trained with Bell Labs of New Jersey, while he was working at AT&T in Norway, IL. He ended up leading AT&T all over the US into their new technology. The transition went so smoothly that he was sent to other Bell Corp. communication facilities throughout the US. He was also hired internationally. Main other projects were in Hong Kong, Jakarta of Indonesia, places in Europe. (I do not remember.) He told my brother and I, sometime in the 90's, when we were watching something about Microsoft, I used to talk to Bill Gates on the phone because he was the one answering the telephone. I am sure my dad John had no idea how big and successful your company would become. He had purchased a Radio Shack TRS-80 the summer of 1978. He told us that you asked him if had time to troubleshoot with you and he answered that he was very busy with his job and could not. I don't know if you invited him to California. That is all I remember. I really hope you remember something about him. He was truly a remarkable person and I miss him all the time.

Las mujeres y los mhombres tienen la misma Inteligencia y muchas veces superior a los hombres y las mismas habilidades que ellos........ las mujeres pueden hacer el mismo trabajo que un hombre, pueden tener las mismas profesiones o desempenar el mismo trabajo que u hombre, lo unico que le ,falta a una mujer es la fuerza, la misma que en ninguna profesion es necesaria............ Las familias antiguas y aun las modernas, preparan a las hijas mujeres para llevar una Casa y tener una familia............. mientras a los hombres se les da una Profesion para que sostener un hogar, mientras a las mujeres generalmente se les prepara para ser "matenidas" por un hombre, lo cual es realmente una diferencia vergonsoza........... Las mujeres deben ser mas educadas que los hombres, por que a veces son madres solteras y son las que llevan la carga de sus hogar solas ............ Por que en algunos Paises actualmente se les paga a las mujeres menos que a los hombres por el mismo trabajo que desempenan.......

I am a divorced mother and mother of three children I live in Algeria I have a six year old daughter who is mentally retarded and was hit by a car with a fracture of the tibia and the fracture has not consolidated and it requires an emergency operation unfortunately I do not have the means to treat her and perform the operation because of unpaid rent and debts I need a helping hand to provide for the needs of my family I am working in round I don't want to spend my life complaining or begging or living on people's backs I am looking for a way that would allow me to live with dignity and become independent I count enormously on your life and your support cordially sir

3moI’ve never understood the incentive to marginalize anyone, especially women. Don’t we as a society perform best when everyone is at their best? Why would we throttle down our own capacity and potential because of something like gender? Seems incredibly counterproductive.
