In the spirit of International Women's Day - it's time to point something out. BillionMinds is a company that could not exist without women. While we were co-founded by two men (Paul Slater and Ryan Tubbs) - across employees, interns and advisors on our advisory board, and guests on our Humanity Working podcast, we are at least 50% female. As we grow, we plan to be at least 50% in all senior leadership roles, and look forward to the day we will have our first female CEO. We do this for very practical reasons. A high proportion of our buyers are women, and the majority of people who choose to put the work in to gain a BillionMinds certification are women. Why is this? Because in our experience, women are often more self-aware, more willing and able to grow and more willing to ask probing questions of themselves.
