As someone who's been involved in L&D for many years, I've never questioned the term until recently. But now I am. Learning is important, development is important, but the most important factor is GROWTH. Not only that, but growth is something that can be connect individuals, teams and organizations. As individuals and teams grow, so does the organization, and very commonly that is reflected by growth in the bottom line. So, what do you think. Should it be L&D, L&G, or even L,D&G?
