Kpi’s: I rant on about prices , customer service , colleague’s having a great place to come and work and retail excellence but at the same time I have also taken great pride over the last 35 years to deliver on the stores Kpi’s for the companies I have worked for , I was often tasked with going into stores that had issues that needed addressing and in all of these stores I turned everyone around and I did it with the same staff as the pervious manager had ! Often sales increased , payroll always kept with budget , waste reduced and shrink (shop lifting) being delivered and in the last convienance store a ran being 25k under budget 🤦♂️again with the same staff that was 16k over budget the previous year! Sometimes experience counts for a lot and it’s all down to how you coach your team and always look for the talent within them as this is so important for the company to move forward in the future ! So I know how important it is for companies to make profit as well , I just feel that now that retail excellence is starting to suffer as the current manager crop do have enough experience to deal with all the issues of shop life 🤗

They are the linchpins that ensure smooth store operations, drive sales, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Our orientation program is tailored to address the unique challenges faced by these professionals and to provide them with effective strategies to overcome them. **Key Areas of Focus** 1. **Customer Service Excellence** The cornerstone of any successful retail operation is exceptional customer service.
