Project Manager @ Taihe Huilang | Manufacturing & Customized Camping Gears

WARNING: The printing and dyeing factories will stop taking new orders from now on, which lasts for 20 days before and after the Lunar New Year's Eve (9th,Feb). The Spring Festival is coming soon, and it will affect the fabric printing and dyeing industry. The material processing plants will also have an earlier holiday than the finished product factories. This means that as a brand or buyer, you have about 40 days to communicate with your suppliers about the market trends and product development. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your relationship with them and plan for the future. Here are some questions you can ask your suppliers to get valuable insights and feedback: • What are the most popular and in-demand materials in the market right now? • How do you anticipate the market demand to change after the Spring Festival? • Do you have any new product lines or innovations that you will launch soon? • How will you maintain and repair your production equipment during the holiday? Will this affect your production capacity and delivery time after the holiday? • How can we cooperate more effectively and flexibly in the current situation? For example, can we book in advance or share inventory to ensure a smooth supply chain? • How do you ensure the high quality standards of your products and services? How do you handle the existing orders and their delivery deadlines? • How do you approach new product development and proofing? Can we collaborate on creating new and exciting products for our customers? I hope you find these questions helpful and useful. Please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences with me and other LinkedIn members. #SupplierCommunication #springfestival #fabric #fabricindustry #goals2024 #management #manufacturer #outdoorproducts #campinggear
