🌟 Building Teamwork and Synergy with Our Interns! 🌟 At IDeaS Revenue Solutions, we believe that teamwork isn't just about working together—it's about understanding, listening, and creating synergy. Recently, our interns had a session to practice this through two fun yet insightful activities: 1️⃣ Birthday Queue Challenge: Without speaking a word, they formed a queue in ascending order of their birthdays. It was all about non-verbal communication, cooperation, and trust. 📅🤫 2️⃣ Synergy Act: In teams, they explored the meaning of "Synergy" and its importance in work life. Their creative performances highlighted how combining individual strengths can achieve greater results than working in isolation. 🎭💡 These activities were more than just games—they taught the power of collaboration and how a strong team can transform challenges into opportunities. #Teamwork #Synergy #InternshipExperience #FutureLeaders #WorkCulture #Internship Akshay Jadhav Daanish S. Strengthening local communities by serving those who serve and actualize positive and meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Happy National Intern Day! 🎉 Today, I'd like to talk about why our interns deserve more than just coffee runs and photocopying marathons. ☕🖨️ #Interns are the #future #leaders, #innovators, and maybe even our future #bosses (gulp!). So, it only makes sense to give them meaningful work that goes beyond perfecting their coffee-brewing skills. Here’s why we should give our interns #REALWORK: Skill Development: Because one day, we might need them to fix that Excel formula we pretended to understand. Engagement: Nothing says “welcome to the team” like letting them do something other than stapling documents. Innovation: Fresh eyes mean fresh ideas. Plus, they know what’s cool and trending (we could all use a little help with that). Let’s give our interns the projects that matter, the tasks that challenge, and the work that excites. Cheers to interns—thank you for all your hard work, fresh ideas, and for keeping us relevant and up to speed on the Gen Z perspectives! #NationalInternDay #InternLife #FutureCEOs #WorkplaceHumor #RealWork

Intern szn! Young people, network with your companies leaders - that’s great. But, perhaps more important - network with your cohort. It seems counterintuitive, but understand that in 5 or 10 years - your cohort will be all over the industry, at great jobs and great companies - and you’ll need them, they’ll need you. The bond you’ll have and the value you’ll gain from and with the people you’ll grow up with is seldom matched. Vets, like if you agree and share some wisdom/encouragement for the rookies! #cre #interns #commercialrealestate

Want a team that rocks? Start with your interns. Here's how: → Make a plan: Set up a 90-day program for your interns. Give them clear goals and show them what they can learn. → Show the way up: Let interns see how they can move up in your agency. Make the steps clear, from intern to big boss. → Cheer them on: In our agency, we love giving high-fives for moving up the ladder. We all start somewhere, right? → Share secrets: Tell your interns how things work. Have chats where they can ask anything. Sharing is caring! → Teach and reach: Give them all the cool stuff to learn from. Videos, articles—you name it. Help them get smarter every day. Build your talent powerhouse with these steps. Turn interns into your agency’s superheroes! #GrowYourTeam #InternPower #AgencySuccess #KeepItSimple #LearnAndLead

Exciting first day as a management intern! But amidst the buzz, remember: don’t rush into every meeting unprepared. Take a moment to understand the agenda and listen actively. Avoid making hasty decisions; instead, ask questions to grasp the bigger picture. Building relationships is key, so don’t isolate yourself—engage with your team! And please, never dismiss feedback; it’s gold for your growth. Lastly, resist the urge to be always 'busy'—focus on delivering quality over quantity. Embrace the learning curve! Here’s to a journey filled with lessons. Cheers to new beginnings! #InternshipJourney #ManagementIntern #CareerGrowth #LearningCurve #FirstDayInsights Neelima Raina

Ever struggled to understand what the Gen Alpha / Gen Z are saying? Starting a small series to explain some new gen words. :) Here is word 1/n ~ Mog Let’s say you over heard a conversation where in an intern was telling someone - “Oh! Leader A was completely mogged by leader B.” What does that mean? Were they on the footpath? Did leader B steal something? It just means leader B was so good that they out shone leader A, making leader A look a little diminished in comparison. . #GenZ #GenAlpha #Words #GenerationalWorkForce #Work #WorkPlace #Office #intern #internship #Millennial #Marketing #Communication #Language

In the film The Intern, Robert De Niro’s character, Ben Whittaker, teaches us invaluable lessons about the power of self-presentation and the timeless nature of learning. As a 70-year-old intern, Ben steps out of his comfort zone and records a video interview that perfectly captures his enthusiasm, experience, and willingness to grow. This scene is a powerful reminder that: First Impressions Matter, that there’s no age limit to learning, continually seeking knowledge and new experiences keeps you relevant and adaptable in an ever-changing world. It also teaches us the importance of adaptability and resilience as well as the need to embrace technology: Don’t shy away from new tools and platforms. Remember, the way you present yourself and your willingness to learn can make all the difference. Take a cue from Ben Whittaker—market yourself with confidence and never stop learning. Your next big opportunity could be just around the corner. #upskilling #learn #grow #intern #motivation #skillupjuly
