So many times, I did western blotting using anti-FLAG M2, many times it made my day, when protein bands appear all clear and sharp, in a pretty straight line! That’s an odd satisfying feeling, right? In the paper “Structural basis for recognition of the FLAG-1 tag by anti-FLAG M2” This is also the highest resolution structure of antibody-antigen complex in the protein databank to this date. Do you use FFP in angioedema? Fresh frozen plasma is controversial in angioedema. But to understand the why, you must understand the how. Angioedema is all about bradykinin accumulation and FFP may reduce levels by providing an enzyme similar to ACE. The evidence isn't robust and there are side-effects with FFP to.
