DuPont to Acquire Donatelle Plastics: Transaction Deepens #Healthcare Offerings in Medical Device Solutions #DuPont has signed an agreement to acquire US #medical device contract manufacturer Donatelle Plastics. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions and receipt of regulatory approvals. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. "Our healthcare strategy is focused on offering a comprehensive suite of solutions for customers in high-growth #therapeutic areas," said Jon Kemp, president of DuPont Electronics & Industrial (E&I). The present invention is a multi-tubing pinch valve assembly including a receiving space defined between a pinch protrusion and tubing contact body. The multi-tubing pinch valve assembly is moveable between a retracted state and an extended state. In the extended state, multiple tubes disposed in the receiving space are pinched, restricting flow therethrough.
