It is hard to deny that some experts have ideas that make a difference. An effective advisor will sometimes need to shake you out of lingering complacency, steer you toward overlooked ideas, or challenge delusional thinking. But sometimes the "experts" steer you down the wrong path. Do not let "experts" lead you to build a business you never wanted. Wanna make billions from your genius health innovation? Healthcare workers thinking about setting up a business face an important decision: 👤 to found or to co-found 👥️ Below are some of the main pros and cons. Going solo: ✅️ quicker decisions and clear direction ✅️ retain full equity (until you raise investment) ✅️ consistent approach across the business ⛔️ risk of tunnel-vision ⛔️ higher risk of burn out ⛔️ can be a lonely experience Partnering up: ✅️ breadth of skills and experience ✅️ divide and conquer the workload ✅️ support each other ⛔️ risk of disagreement or conflict ⛔️ higher risk of over-analysis ⛔️ equity is divided by number of people Of course, there's no right or wrong way to do it. If you're considering starting a business it's worth thinking about how your personality fits with these pros and cons. For me, building a business alone wouldn't work and joining up with my good friend Sabrina Ahmed was definitely the right decision! What are your thoughts about going it alone or finding a co-founder❓️ Monitree NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme Arise Innovation Hubs Health Tech Enterprise #HealthTech #NHSWorkforce #HealthInnovations

We being doctors and other healthcare professionals and specialists practising in healthcare facilities always dream to start our own healthcare facility. But , to excel in the field, we need to nurture our skills in entrepreneurship to become successful A few words of how we do it 👇👇👇👇 Recognizing opportunities is the first step in entrepreneurial thinking ….. Stay observant within the healthcare industry for areas where improvements or innovative solutions are necessary. Entrepreneurs in healthcare often find success by addressing the needs and concerns of patients, contributing to better outcomes, hence focus on solutions that enhance patient care and experience. Networking can provide insights, partnerships, and support for entrepreneurial ventures. Staying updated on healthcare technology trends and Integrating technological advancements into your practice or developing tech-driven solutions can improve efficiency and patient outcomes, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. We always need to understand healthcare regulations and compliance. Ensure that your innovations align with legal and ethical guidelines to build trust and credibility. I would like to put these in 5 points for every professional to build his entrepreneurial skills 👇👇👇 1) Identify Opportunities 2) Patient centric approach 3) Embrace Technology 4) Regulatory awareness 5) Collaborate and Network And enjoy your journey of enterprenuership 😊😊😊👍👍👍👍

As someone who entered the #healthcare industry straight out of college, I was too excited to be in the field. I had the idea to revolutionize patient care and navigate complex healthcare systems. Through my experiences, I've some tips for young #entrepreneurs entering the healthcare industry: 1. Understand the industry. Don't jump directly into the #investments or start your venture. A deep understanding of the landscape, regulations, customer needs, and market dynamics will let you put up with the competitive market. 2. Research and analyze the data till you are able to spot a specific niche for your venture. Set up your feet where you can make a significant impact. 3. Connect with people and build relationships with #healthcareprofessionals, industry experts, and investors. They will help you gain insights and support. 4. Remember one thing, the healthcare industry runs on the highest standards of quality of products. You can never compromise on quality and compliance. 5. Invest in technology. Advancements such as telemedicine, AI, #MachineLearning, and digital health solutions are your partners. 6. Dive deeper into the financial aspects of healthcare. Understand pricing strategies, reimbursement models, and long-term sustainability. 7. Don't miss out on new treatments, regulations, compliances, or technologies. Keep learning from experienced entrepreneurs and boost your growth. 8. Do not hesitate to ask questions, help, or investors. If you are also from the healthcare community, drop in comments what advice you would like to share with young entrepreneurs.

4 Key Differences Between Healthcare Training and Business Building: This is why professionals who go to school to become doctors fail as business owners! 1. Mindset and Approach: Healthcare: Focuses on evidence-based practice, patient care, and clinical outcomes. Business: Emphasizes innovation, risk-taking, market analysis, and profitability. 2. Skills and Knowledge: - Healthcare: Involves deep knowledge of medical sciences, clinical procedures, and patient management. - Business: Requires skills in marketing, finance, operations, strategic planning, and leadership. 3. Decision-Making: - Healthcare: Decisions are often guided by protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. - Business: Decisions need to balance risk and reward, often in a rapidly changing market environment. 4. Risk Tolerance: -Healthcare: Generally risk-averse, focusing on minimizing harm and ensuring patient safety. - Business: Requires a higher tolerance for risk, with the understanding that not all ventures will succeed. #healthcareprofessional #wealthsecrets #abundancemindset #entrepreneurship
