That’s why I’m thrilled to share that Novozymes has been recognized as one of the 𝐭𝐨𝐩 3 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 for young professionals, according to The Young Professional Attraction Index 2023 by Academic Work. This survey reflects the views of over 10,000 students and graduates from different fields of study, who rated companies based on their attractiveness, reputation, and social responsibility. Novozymes scored high on all these aspects, showing that we are a company that cares about our 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 🫶🏼, our 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭🌍, and our 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞🧑🏼🔬. 🌟 Business Updates can be tedious?? Not here at PebblePad - The Learning Journey Platform 🎉 Today marked a remarkable shift in how we connect and share at PebblePad! 🚀 Instead of the traditional one-way stream of information, our team embraced a new approach during our Business Update and All Hands event. Rather than a single long presentation from our executive team, every member had the opportunity to be a part of the conversation. 🗣️💬 At PebblePad, #inclusivity isn't just a buzzword – it's our guiding principle. That's why today, we opened the stage to anyone with a story to tell or an experience to share. Each session lasted 25 minutes, allowing for a rich tapestry of insights and perspectives to emerge. 🎤 Personally, I had the privilege of being involved in two topics today. I also had the freedom to choose sessions to attend and that made this event incredibly valuable. Here's why: 1️⃣ The Exec team saved valuable time by not having to prepare lengthy presentations. This set up also allows the team to gain insight into different perspectives from different departments. 2️⃣ Employees felt trusted, valued, and truly heard. 3️⃣ Even though we're only halfway through, I already feel more connected and enthusiastic about everything being shared. 🌟 To all my wonderful colleagues, the whole team included: Thank you for your kind words and invaluable input during our morning session.
