🌍 Exciting Collaboration Alert! 🌍 We are thrilled to announce that our faculty got 3 of the 12 UTFORSK-projects that was granted NTNU. 🌲 TSUCHI - "Training Students in Understanding and Coding Nature for ReHarmonizing Natural and Built Environments". This project focuses on integrating sustainability into architectural and engineering education by fostering creativity and problem-solving skills among students. The TSUCHI project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at re-harmonizing natural and built environments through innovative architectural education. This project is a collaboration between NTNU’s Faculty of Architecture and Design and leading Japanese universities, including Kyoto University and Kagoshima University. Project manager: Luca Finocchiaro 🌍 The project “Sustainable Architecture Bridging Across Boarders” aims to improve cross-cultural learning in sustainable architecture by comparing urban environments in Norway and the USA. Students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Kennesaw State University (KSU) will participate in a two-week exchange program to explore sustainable building practices, circularity, and innovation.   This collaboration will give students hands-on experiences through real-world case studies, helping them understand different cultural and economic perspectives. By partnering with Kennesaw State University, USA, NTNU will enhance international collaboration, providing access to more academic resources and research opportunities while working towards a shared vision for sustainable urban development. Additionally, these experiences will support students' career development, equipping them with valuable skills and global perspectives.
