#SpainIsBiotech🧬 | #Biotech companies have the most researchers and 60% of all employees are women. #Talent: The sector continues to interest young students, with more than 8,900 students enrolled in university studies in biotechnology last year, 62% of which were women. #Diversity: On the ranking of women working in R&D as a percentage of total R&D staff, biotech companies remained third, with 58%, and on the ranking of female R&D workers as a percentage of all employees they remained second with 7.52%.
