Prescription medications for treating complex and chronic neurologic conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, have become increasingly expensive over the years. One drug that hit the market in 1996 has seen a staggering 825% price increase, while another drug that was introduced in 2003 has seen its price soar by 4,319%. In recent years, states have increasingly enacted Prescription Drug Affordability Boards (PDABs), and many have already proposed legislation to establish a PDAB in 2024.
