Experience in CTO PCI CTO PCI is challenging issue in modern PCI, requires close relation between physicians and is technically challenging as well. Successful CTO PCI improves symptoms and functional capacity and ultimately quality of life with unknown effect on MACE and mortality. Presentation of dedicated devices and innovative techniques make planned CTO intervention safe and effective in selected patients on GDMT.
