Location scouts are always interesting, but yesterday’s VIP tour of iconic Fenway Park was a ‘monster’ of a time. Ten-year-old fanboy Tim would be ‘green’ with envy, let me tell you. ⚾ Bad puns aside, I tell people all the time that a career in video marketing is second to none because most days, it’s like having an all-access, unfiltered, behind-the-scenes pass into the inner workings of industry masters. Just like Dorothy in the Land of Oz, we get to peek behind the curtain and witness how innovations are concocted, technologies are forged, and champions are bred. We're in the board room, the locker room, and everywhere in between… Capturing the essence of brand journeys Telling the stories of leaders shaping our future Showcasing the human side of corporate giants In what other career field do you get to hang with the C-Suite, brainstorm with visionaries, and be a part of strategic brand discussions? Or in the case of yesterday, literally stand in Red Sox manager Alex Cora’s office, stroll along center field, and explore the backstage halls of baseball legends. And the best part? Every day is a new adventure, every project a new creative opportunity. It's more than a job; it's a front-row seat to the world's most exciting stories.

1. Classic Summertime BBQ Outside of the office, everyone can be comfortable in their casual summertime apparel, so it’s a little less formal. That creates a laid-back atmosphere where employees are more likely to let their guard down, shoot the breeze with one another, and network across the company. 2. Winter Wonderland For holiday parties, it’s important to be inclusive ” but that can make it a little tricky to choose a theme. Something that highlights the season is simple but effective. Plus, guests always enjoy dressing up for the season, so you probably don’t need to set a concrete dress code to get everyone to show up in their holiday best. Just get the word out that things will be a little more on the formal end. 3. Carnival-Inspired Corporate Event Theme Want a corporate event theme that everyone will remember? Throw a carnival-themed party! Between the performers, activities, and out-of-the-box decor, you’ll create an event that really sets itself apart. 4.. Gameday Take advantage of sporting events like March Madness and the MLB playoffs. Get everyone showing their colors and watching the games together. Or, create camaraderie among employees by going out to a local sporting event ” whether it’s an NFL game or a local hockey league. And remember, beer and nachos have the power to bond people. 5. Hollywood Most people love movies and would also love the chance to be treated like a star.

Taking a look at your standard pieces for a successful service isn't done often enough! Hear me out! We tend to get caught up in thinking that the daily operations that are mundane are working well and forget to check in on them. It seems counterproductive to check in on something that is working or something that has been scratched because it hasn't worked in the past, BUT, have your people changed, has your guest changed, has your structure changed? If the answer is yes to any of those, then checking in on pivotal pieces is necessary! ➡️Alley Rallies Do you like them or do you hate them❓️ They are crucial touch points to make service successful at a 5000 ft view. But here’s a common pitfall—setting general goals for the entire team instead of specific accountability goals for each person. When we generalize, it’s easy for individuals to feel lost in the crowd. They may think, “someone else will handle it” or not fully understand what their exact role is. This can lead to a lack of accountability and missed opportunities for personal growth and responsibility. Here's what to check⬇️ 1. Announce specific goals – Give each person a clear, specific task. Whether it’s handling a section, overseeing table turns, or monitoring food timing, clarity builds ownership. Get even more specific with sales targets, specific items to be pushed, and consumer personalization. 2. Company Goal & Direct Check-Ins – Instead of a general follow-up, touch base with each team member during shift and check their progress. Identification of the greater goal makes everyone feel valued. Accountability is stronger with follow-through for everyone, including leadership. 3. Personalization – your people are people, each having strengths and weaknesses. Focus in on a positive and a push outside of the box for your team so it becomes exciting, not just another "lecture". ❓Question for You: How are you making each team member accountable during your alley rallies? Shifting from general team goals to individual accountability can transform how your team approaches their work—and ultimately improve your guest experience. Need a template to follow? Let's chat! #RestaurantManagement #TeamGoals #EmployeeAccountability #AlleyRallies #Leadership

Why Sports and Warehousing? At first glance, you might wonder how sports relate to warehouse installations. But for our team, deeply rooted in our company culture, the link is clear. Every day on-site, we face challenges head-on. We race against the clock, overcome physical and mental obstacles, and constantly push ourselves to improve. It’s a competition, not just against external factors, but against ourselves to be the best we can and to deliver the best results. Our rebranding isn’t about where we are, it’s about where we are heading. It’s a constant reminder for everyone, from seasoned team members to new recruits, of the work ethic we value – not just on the job site, but in everything we do. #BORACK #Evolution #Journey #DoneProperly #Brand #WarehouseInstallations
