Put your guests at the heart of what you do! ❤️
As Darren Jackson explains in this video, collecting data means understanding your guests, to increase repeat business and drive up satisfaction growth.
For most of us, going to a restaurant is a break away from cooking at home. It's an escape for good food or to meet friends and family, a venue for celebrating a birthday or achievement - at its core, it's a treat!
Welcome your guests into a tailored experience from start to finish with the power of feedback. Yumpingo can turn your data into an action plan for success.

”I guess it looks like food (it doesn’t) but do you have any special dishes? What is that to your right?”
”The Atrium? Oh, no. You don’t want to go in there.”
I do: “What is it?”
”A special dish for a special chef. One person at a time. The chef cooks a single dish”.
“What’s the dish?”
“Only the chef knows the recipe.”
“Who is the chef?”
“Uar Themeal. The last chef to win a Michelin before going on to win them all.”

All horror aside, it was a challenge not to look on in horror at the debacle that was Instacart’s release of food promotion images that contained images of food that nobody would ever want to eat and that lacked physical and realistic semblance in their form.
How we view things very much determines what the thing we are viewing means to us. In this case, high fidelity, particularly across mobile devices is unforgiving and when the intuitive pattern of scrolling is broken by a distilled reflection of something we all have distinct experiences with, in this case food, which may be lit acceptably while the form is mutated (when it is supposed to be clean), this does nothing for our desire but rather places us on an equivalent curve to the Uncanny Valley as it pertains to things we know to not be real that are also not.

Just 3 months left to start your cooking show.
There's actually 6 months left in the year, but the truth of the matter is if you haven't started your cooking show before October, it's not going to happen in 2024.
And for parents of school-age children, you have even less time. If you haven't gotten your cooking show started before back to school season, you won't get started this year.
Just something for you to think about for planning purposes.
You have to understand that there's the calendar on the wall and then there's the real calendar that life gives you to work with.
We get 12 months every year...but not really.
Because you're not in control of what you get to do in all 12 of those months.
And that's how year after year ends up passing without you accomplishing major goals you have for yourself because you're counting on 12 months when you really don't get 12.
So if hosting your own cooking show is a big goal for you, you realistically have about 90 days to get started or you'll have to try again next year.

This is why I do what I do. Happy clients make me happy.
You may be wondering who are the people who take my classes and what level of skill they have. You may also be wondering why someone who already knows how to cook would take a virtual cooking class with me.
Judi loves to cook and is confident in the kitchen. She has my cookbook and uses it for inspiration in her kitchen. What is missing from the equation for her is community and ME!
This is what she had to say after just one virtual cooking class this season (before she wrote that lovely testimonial for me that I included in the pic):
“That was such a fun class!!! I’m so glad I did this for myself. I loved learning from you — tidbits about Tuscan bread, how to cut peppers, all of it!”.
Want to be like Judi? Join me in a class or two this season. The menu is here https://lnkd.in/dBxpzZs. My classes are easily turned into a virtual team building event, so please reach out to hear more.
If you can’t make the classes live, you will get the recipe and recording to cook at your leisure.
And if you are feeling like you not confident enough to take my classes or the timing or the menu does not work for you, please comment “help” to hear about my new private virtual cooking class offering. I have just a couple of spots left.
