So many job seekers come to me saying that the reason they haven’t landed interviews is because the ATS is filtering them out.
This is a lie that was fed from career coach to career coach who haven’t worked in recruiting, and has led to mass spread of misinformation.
The truth is, there’s so much job seekers don’t know that they don’t know.
After hiring thousands of people, and talking to literally hundreds of people in preparation for this video, I have compiled what is actually happening in ATS’s, and it’s not always the same thing.
