Is this going to be more common— a mixed-use building combining residences and office space and lots of wellness amenities that could be offered in retail spaces ? Looks like this will be an emerging trend with hybrid work now entrenched, more vacant offices especially in markets like San Francisco, New York, and DC, and desire to age well as America continues to turn greyer with 65+ increasingly making up a higher fraction of the population.
