1moThis highlights some fascinating points about the integration of AI and IoT to enhance efficiency and citizen interactions. One key challenge mentioned is safeguarding sensitive data, which is crucial for maintaining public trust. But do people trust the government? Do they trust AI? I'm not sure they do and there is a long way to go and a lot to do in order to build up that trust, only time will tell. If there's another massive data breach then it's certainly going to be one step forward and three steps back. Can AI and IOT accelerate the steps forward I wonder?
