What do rock bands have to do with increasing #realestate value? Fonts. Yep. Fonts. One of the most effective (and probably cheapest) ways to tie a master-planned community together is with consistent signage and branding. This consistency builds value and identity. It even works when refreshing aging existing communities (pro tip if you happen to be on the HOA board). We love shaping a visual identity based around the core subject at hand, in this case architecture! 🏛 | Visual Identity Design | Graphic Design | Brochure Design | Hoarding Design | Map Design | Building a visual identity on a solid concept is vital for success in all projects. When this concept can be tied intrinsically into the subject which the identity is being created for, in this case the architecture of the building – it really opens up opportunities to create a cohesion between what literally exists and the identity which people will perceive alongside it. Using the features of this property development including strong curved roofs, a myriad of grasses and a twist of royal heritage themes – we brewed into a concoction of elements, fused together seamlessly to provide a premium, classy and environmentally aware visual identity system. #VisualIdentityDesign #GraphicDesign #BrochureDesign #HoardingDesign #MapDesign
