Here are some lessons I’ve learned to help me manage this fact effectively: 👉 Stability and calm are essential, regardless of the circumstances. 👉 Forward movement should be prioritized daily, focusing on tasks that drive the vision. 👉 View outcomes objectively; neither successes nor setbacks define the overall path. 👉 Don’t let the good or bad moments define us. 👉 Our only choice is to keep moving. ➡️I also think about the last time I sweat and how I’ve been sleeping. Probably 99.8% of my downs are stabilized by these two factors. Celebrate achievements and learn from the setbacks, but remember, their significance is largely what we assign to them.
