Great tips. I'd also add be mindful of your screen time hours. I know I underestmated the negative effects because they're subtle - not like crossing a line. When I know I have a succession of days with long hours in front of my computer screen I make sure I get 15 minutes of natural early morning light (before 9 am) and 15 minutes of natural daylight just before sunset. Recent evidence-based neuroscience shows this light helps the brain and body maintain its circadian rhythms. Bottom line is you sleep better. Of course the best practice is to reduce excessive screen time altogether.
