This #PrideMonth, we celebrate being a part of an open and collaborative community that makes #BlackLine, well—BlackLine. As our Director, Strategy & Corporate Development, Colin LaBran-Boyd, notes: “Diversity, equity, and inclusion are deeply rooted in our core values in service of our people, our customers, and our communities. We prioritize a culture of innovation, collaboration, and respect.” Whether it is participating in dedicated Employee Resource Groups or our teams volunteering in the community outside of the office, BlackLine supports our colleagues and communities that make us diverse. As Ashley Kruger, one new BlackLiner comments—“I truly believe we’re building something special as part of our inclusive culture at BlackLine—where everyone belongs and can bring their whole selves to work every day.” We’re proud to come together to celebrate and recognize the positive impact and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community.
