🚨 We're Hiring! 🚨 Position: Accommodation & Bookings Administrator Location: Grimsby Salary: £13 per hour Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth organisation of travel and accommodation needs across our business! 🚗✈️ Key Responsibilities: • Manage travel arrangements, including accommodation, flights, and logistics. • Book hire vehicles and handle costs like parking fees and tolls. • Negotiate competitive rates for accommodation and travel. • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of all travel arrangements. • Monitor travel situations and report any issues to HR and line management. • Track and allocate all costs to the appropriate projects. Requirements: • Experience in a busy admin role (essential). • Proficient in MS Office (MS Project is a plus!). • Organisational superstar with great attention to detail. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
