🔎 Focus on our machine room 🔍   This week, focus on the new layout of our machine room.  This room houses a brigade of 48 LoopiX and 2 real-time thermocyclers.  This is all the Molecular Biology amplification equipment used for kit and method development, as well as for production quality control. In our newest publication we experimentally investigated the influence of pressure, temperature and the green platform molecule γ-valerolactone (GVL) on the kinetics of the PET glycolysis.
