Blake Bullis’ Post

When did you last show your team that you believe in them? Trusting your team can make a big difference. It helps everyone do their best. Ask yourself: Have you told your team you believe in them? Have you said good things about what each person can do? Here's a tip to remember: ▶️ You can always help your team trust each other more. ▶️ Simply tell them you know they can do great things. This helps more than just being nice. It helps everyone do better and enjoy their work. Cheer on the small successes. Help your team feel ready for bigger things. Keep in mind: Good teams work together. Great teams help each other and grow. ▶️ So, make your team feel strong. 💪 We should always remember that trust makes everyone do better and brings us closer to reaching our goals together.
