WOSBs and EDWOSBs...GSA and APEX Accelerators are teaming up for a webinar on August 22nd at 2pm ET on how WOSBs and EDWOSBs can market to the Federal Government. The SBA's WOSB Federal Contracting Program has a governmentwide statutory goal to award at least 5% of federal contracting dollars to WOSBs at both the prime and subcontract levels. Yet, with 646 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) industry codes (out of 1,023) in which WOSBs (and EDWOSBs) are substantially underrepresented, the Federal Government has only met the prime contracting goal twice.
