It's been one hell of a journey (and thank you) I almost quit LinkedIn 8 months ago because: → I felt overwhelmed → Didn't understand the platform → Tried copying others (without success) But after attending an audio event in February... That’s when I realised running away from a challenge doesn't solve it, it only prolongs it However, embracing challenges with a learning mindset helps you overcome anything. After months of: → Understanding the platform → Failing & learning → Finding my way Now, I get messages like the one below I’m a 24 year old guy who hasn’t been to university But for someone to call me an inspiration? That’s something I’m grateful for. It's been one hell of a journey And there’s still so much more to learn But I want to thank you – yes, you🫵 for (directly or indirectly) playing a part in my growth And I’m wishing you a happy new month and a fantastic week ahead. Week 24/52 for 2024 Some thoughts/actions for the next 28 weeks: ⭐Make decisions today that 6 months down the line "You" will thank you for. ⭐Consider increasing or decreasing the difficulty of your goals for the remainder of the year. ⭐Continue to service, and service well ⭐Remember to be kind to yourself. What one thing would you add to the list?

I am so grateful for my LI colleagues. Thank you for your connection, responses, and input. Your support means a lot, especially on those days when I feel disconnected, distracted, and alone. We all have days like that... which leads me to my next point ... What is your intention for 2024? What would you like to do more of or less of? For me, 2024 will be a year of doing less work and more life. There are points in your life where your path changes. I feel like I'm at a fork in the road now. I want more time for friends, family, and hobbies. I want to work with clients who are attracted to my content and delivery style and already understand the meaning and value of leadership communication. I want to group coach more, do more virtual, and present in person less. I want to laugh and play more and be frustrated less. I want to stop fighting with technology. What do you want to do less of this year? Merry Christmas everyone! I wanted to take a moment to express just how grateful I am for your support. From the very beginning which wasn’t long time ago, (it was June 2023 when I started to post , I remember I was happy for having 4K views and 500 followers! ,I couldn’t have imagined I would hit half a million views in 6 months and more than 4000 followers in couple of months) but I couldn’t have achieved it without your support! I learned from you guys that support doesn’t necessarily need to be something physical! you've been there for me, cheering me on and helping me through the tough times. I feel incredibly lucky to have such a great network like you in my corner, always willing to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Thank you for all that you do and for being the kind of person that makes the world a better place. Thank you for your support. Remember until you spread your wings, you will have no idea how far you can fly! "Until you spread your wings, you’ll have no idea how far you can fly" is a powerful mantra that speaks to the courage and determination needed to reach one's full potential. Take risks, push yourself to your greatest heights, and never settle for less than greatness. Take an action, step out of your comfort zones and challenge yourself to go further than you ever thought possible. Strive for your highest aspirations and never let fear hold you back from reaching your goals. Through self-belief and hard work, we can break through our own self-imposed limitations and soar to great heights.

You shouldn't fear something that you don't know. This also shouldn't prevent you from reaching your true potential. (TIM GROVER) On the back of rejection, not being wanted or given a chance, this forced me to do something that I truly feared - go on my own. Benefits: ▶️ I am my own boss and keep learning daily ▶️ In 8 months, I have earnt more than I would have done in a year of employment ▶️ My network has become so influential amd grown with amazing people ▶️ I learn new things daily Challenges: 🚩 It's lonely being on your own 🚩 The travel, the staying over - its exhausting 🚩 It can be overwhelming 🚩 Knowing how my books work / actually running a business 🚩 The hours Everyday, I am grateful for the day that at the time, was the worst in my career. This post isn't about bragging, it's to show that there are always options, a way and a different path no matter how difficult it may seem. There could be 99 reasons not to do something and only 1 why you should - FOCUS ON THAT 1 REASON WHY YOU SHOULD. Thank you to everyone that has been part of this incredible journey so far - it genuinely means alot. Also, don't under estimate the power of LinkedIn 📈
