Exciting progress at the Ocean Reef Club Associate Housing project! The 2nd floor is officially underway, thanks to the great work by Craft Construction, who completed the hollow core planks last week and moved right into grouting and block installation. We are proud to have been part of the award-winning Grove Central project, which was honored as the Best Mixed-Use Project at the South Florida Business Journal 2024 Structures Awards. This 23-story development in Coconut Grove is a shining example of how collaboration between developers, contractors, and design teams can create transformative urban spaces. Grove Central not only offers 402 residential units across over one million SF, but it also integrates sustainable construction, public transit access, and street-oriented retail. Achieving NGBS Emerald certification, this project enhances the local community with affordable housing, economic growth, and connected transit options. As the structural engineer on the Associate Housing Project at Ocean Reef in Key Largo we’re very excited to see the project taking shape! Currently under construction, our team is working to deliver a modern, efficient design that meets both the needs of residents and the unique environmental requirements of the area.
