Did you know that FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic) and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) are essentially the same material? The terms are often used interchangeably across different regions. In South Africa, "FRP" is more commonly used, while in Europe and Asia, "GRP" is the preferred term. Both refer to a strong, lightweight material made of plastic reinforced with fibreglass fibres, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
