💃🏽Dr. Lisa | Reframing equity and authority through a gifted woman’s lens. The Curvy Hustle® Sacred Success Path supports women into healthy leadership, relationships or enterprise design using a science + spirit mix.
Your stress management tools are not just things you do. They are dependent upon who you be and the identity you embody when you enter any space, have any conversation or interaction with yourself, another or the evironment around you. Most of my awareness and acceptance practices on The Curvy Hustle ® Success Path are called Sacred because they are focused on reclaiming non physical and physical intimacy skills that a world of tech and industrialization has disconnected us from. The Curvy Hustle ® Reframe around burnout in about nourishment not necessarily rest. Sometimes we feel powerless and fatigued because we have a leak that is not being addresses but I have found that way more women are sitting in midlife full of untapped potential. It has drained us holding onto that excess without optimal direction and expression for years. Would you like to discover the difference in walking a sacred success path over a call? Fill out the form in the comments. At the end you are invited to book a call and I can have a reframe of your leadership, relationships and enterprise design for you started when we speak.

Feeling overwhelmed and burnt out has become the social norm! We push to breaking point, ignoring all the warning signs! It's time to hit pause and prioritise our well-being. Here are some tips to improve mental health and wellness: Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself and acknowledge your efforts. Set boundaries: Learn to say no when you need to, and prioritise tasks that truly matter. Use anchoring techniques: Create positive associations with relaxation cues, like deep breaths or a calming mantra. i.e "I am calm, I am centered, I am in control." Reframe negative thoughts: Challenge negative beliefs and replace them with positive affirmations. i.e "I release all negative thoughts and embrace positivity and abundance in my life. I am capable, confident, and deserving of success." Visualise success: Picture yourself achieving your goals and feeling fulfilled. Practice mindfulness: Stay present in the moment and focus on what you can control. Seek support: Reach out to friends, family, or a professional for help and guidance. Remember, your well-being matters. Take small steps every day to prioritise self-care and find balance in your life. You deserve it! #stevenbartlett #mentalhealthmatters #MoorhouseWellness #helpingyoutohelpyourself #nlppractitioner #lifecoaching #overcomeburnout

There’s a solution to this global pandemic somewhere. However, as humans, we are the ones responsible for finding it. We cannot rely on AI as a bandaid to solve this kind of unnatural phenomenon. Our current levels of stress are unnatural responses to unnatural behaviors. The collective scarcity mindset we carry — the need for more, in all areas of our lives — is, in my opinion, the key concern to address. I love that people like this are doing their best to tip the scale in our favor. Check out Steven’s podcast, Diary of a CEO. You’ll find that we are not solving these problems alone. PS. scarcity is very real in many areas of the world. It is also important we don’t downplay the reality of that fact. ✌🏾

I have witnessed this for the past 10 +years, and why I ended up helping people especially peeps in the product, innovation and entrepreneur world … why Two critical reasons: 1) entrepreneurs etc are working in uncertainty and taking risks, the brain doesn’t like it and yet the solution doesn’t begin with the brain… we need to go deeper & use tools that are somatic- addressing our nervous system. 2) there is no work-life balance as far as stress goes, it flows and needs channelling and releasing and most people don’t know how to release it from their nervous system- the holder of stress.. yes it is mental health .. but the solutions need to start from somewhere else . Reach out if you would like some support. Nx

REMARKABLE RESULTS —faster & more easily. Unlock your edge, stay on your A-game and smash your goals without being stressed out or burnt out. Business & Mindset Coach. Elite Results Coaching from £295/month.
I have worn the burnout hat as well in my corporate career… I didn’t even realise what happened until years after. I had a consultant telling me he had no explanation for my failed immune system other than stress, but I refused to believe him. I had lived in stress mode for so long I didn’t know how to operate any differently, that was just normal. Except it’s not normal is it and it’s not good to be permanently in that state for you or those around you. In helping my clients grow their lifestyle businesses I help them adopt healthy success habits which include ensuring their operating model is sustainable for the long run. #lifeslessons #businessgrowth #businessstrategy #sustainablegrowth

The concept of the burnt-out generation is not new. In the 80s and 90s, stock market traders experienced it first and it was referred to as Yuppie Flu. At the time, it wasn't recognized as an illness, but now it's known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or ME. Every generation suffers from the fear of not doing enough and the pressure to always do better, resulting in burnout. Let's prioritize self-care and mental health to avoid perpetuating this cycle. #mentalhealth #selfcare

The Delayed Stress Reaction... It's crucial to acknowledge the toll that prolonged stress can take on us. Living under constant stress isn't just unsustainable... it disconnects us from what truly matters. Many find themselves trapped on a metaphorical hamster wheel, leading not to success, but to deteriorating health. I've personally experienced the consequences of a fast-paced lifestyle. It wasn't until my body began to show dramatic signs of burnout that I realized the need to do things differently and cultivate a new mindset around my work. In my coaching practice, I regularly encounter clients overwhelmed by stress and overwork. Before we can even begin to focus on their visions and goals, we spend considerable time helping them decompress and stabilize their nervous system. This is an essential step toward healing and finding a sustainable path forward, one that reconnects us with our deeper values and aspirations. What's your experience with this? To your wellbeing, Lisa
