PS: These are all my own personal thoughts ( Not my Tribes) and understanding of the history, regulation and contemplation over the elephant in the room, any new VALID info to change my mind is welcomed: "The States should not even have the authority or lack of regulation and oversight to knight ANY tribe they please given they the states are not all going by the same standards of verification and authentication and have less strenuous standards compared to the Federal level, but I can see the further west we go towards California Tribes I understand there are SOME cases where the state recognition is making up where the Federal level failed overall. At this point there needs to be a halt or freeze in on recognitions before greedy states and ill-willed start up tribes jeopardize and diminish the Sovereignty of Real Tribes whatever that means . Thanks for posting and bringing more attention and discussion to this HOT topic that needs a 5- 10 yr Investigation and planning Commission with heavily infused tribal input. All this I say because I care for the future of Sovereignty and observation of an issue that has been unchecked and put off for way too long.

Client Results - Marksmanship Performance This is his first day using an ALS tactical holster. Prior to this, he has shot out of a friction retention holster three other times in the past year. Outside of these four times, he has not shot out of a holster. Prior to this session, he shot out of a friction holster on 02/12/2024, where he recorded his best performance of average draw of 2.25s and 4.52s for 5 shots (0.57s average split). So he has not drawn out of a holster for 8 months until this session. For those familiar with ALS holsters, it is generally more challenging to draw from them as they have a mechanical retention that requires additional manipulation with the thumb to be able to release the gun from the holster. At the beginning of this particular session, he started off with a 2.65s draw and an average of 0.91s split for a 10-shot string. He completed the session with a 1.50s draw and a 0.30-0.31 split range. He shot a total of 241 rounds for the entire duration of the session. His goal was to attain sub-3.50s Bill Drill with a perfect 6/6 alpha hits. He met the time, but fell shy by one shot for a perfect 6-alpha hits. No one is perfect 😆 Not bad, all things considered. . . . . . #medalistperformance #peakperformance #executivecoaching #marksmanship #biomechanics #clientresults

People are my passion; Technology is my platform. 💛💛💛 CEO @ PCA Technology Solutions | CISSP Little Rock | Dallas
I'm going to focus my posts this week on #coaching. After all, I've learned this past year that it can mean a lot of things. What exactly does it mean to me? ⛹♂️ Arkansas State University point guard Derrian Ford describes it well in this video when he talks about basketball and cybersecurity. The short answer? In IT, there are a lot of Xs and Os that won't help you succeed. Don't be fooled by them. 🃏 Find a #technology firm to partner with that brings your business the winning playbook. That's how winners win. #YourITcoach #PCAknowsIT
What a huge win last night for our friend Derrian Ford up in Jonesboro! Derrian made it look easy while scoring 15 points, grabbing 7 rebounds, and shooting 60% from the three point line! That's why we decided to partner with Derrian to discuss how ANY team can develop a winning approach. Watch now! 👇👇👇 https://bit.ly/3NSRDVE

Many people often get overwhelmed when looking at all of the associated costs with moving house – especially if you’re moving from one to another, rather than buying for the first time 🏡 Whilst it’s not cheap, it’s always worth taking a look at the numbers in advance (no matter how daunting it is at first!) so that you’re fully prepared for what is to come. Check out our blog to find out what to expect, from the experts 👇 https://buff.ly/4bLiSf8 #Ballards #BallardsRemovals #MovingHouse #HouseMove #BallardsGroup

This weekend was the Kentucky Derby, and on the historic 150th running of this race, Mystik Dan delivered a breath-taking win, beating second place Sierra Leone and third place Forever Young in the first three horse photo finish since 1947 ended in a 3-horse photo finish. This year's race marks a unique milestone with the 150th running of the Derby — the first race took place back in 1875. There are lots of interesting facts about the Derby, with the drink of the race is the Mint Julep, made with Woodford Reserve as the official bourbon for the race. There wasn’t an official trophy for the race for almost 50 years, the first race was in 1875 and the trophy was created in 1924. To this day the Kentucky Derby trophy is one of the only solid gold trophies in the United States. The fastest Kentucky Derby was run by Secretariat in 1973 (1:59.40). The slowest winning time was run by Kingman in 1891 (2:52.25 for the mile and a half). There have been three fillies to win the race. I love the Kentucky Derby not only because it’s exciting, but also because it always provides important leadership lessons. Here are a few from the 2024 race: You can win against all odds. You just never know. You can’t stop until the end. This was an exciting race to watch, and even more interesting doing research on the history of the Derby as well as the winner. If you have something interesting to add to the lore of the Kentucky Derby, drop it in the chat. Don’t forget to like, comment, and follow so you don’t miss future content. Merchiston has a rich heritage of sporting excellence, and for good reason - our students truly love sport. We strive to cultivate genuine enjoyment in movement and exercise, teaching pupils about the many and varied benefits of participating in physical activity. For us here at Merchiston, far more important than ranking in league tables (although that doesn't hurt) is the confidence, resilience, camaraderie, team spirit and motivation boys gain from sports. Once again, another triple-digit high school pitcher at a major scouting event, and frankly, I’m no longer surprised. Miguel Sime Jr., a 2025 prospect from New York, stands at an impressive 6’4” and 235 lbs; It’s safe to say his FB is “firm” sitting in the 96-98 T101 mph range. Let’s take a moment and appreciate that this kid is just over 17 years old. By placing markers on various points across the pelvis, we can draw several conclusions about the mechanical organization of the lower half: The pelvis settles into a consistent position / orientation as momentum generated during the initial move is “captured” by the linear move The initiation of internal rotation in the back leg and hip serves as a “trigger,” “set-off” by eccentric tension in hip abduction at increased ranges The pelvis “snaps” open in the final frames before Front Foot Strike, establishing a contrast between a small window of rotation featured here and a gradual, larger window in lower level throwers. This facilitates a seamless dissociation between the pelvis and the torso/spine. What are your thoughts? Do you agree or disagree? Let me know below.
