GA4 is changing up ‘conversions’. Mainly - the terminology used to describe them. ‘Conversions’ are now only sourced from Google Ad sources. So SEOs- we will be focused on looking for ‘key events’. Ultimately- I think this is a good change. But there’s a bit more to it so take a listen to Dana’s short video below to make sure you have a fuller picture.

I have a GA4 prediction... Annotations are coming soon. Based on this presentation that was floating around a few months ago - 'Unsampled reports export', 'Saved segments in Explore' and 'Annotations' were supposed to launch in Q3. 'Unsampled reports export' and 'Saved segments in Explore' launched (or currently rolling out). Are Annotations coming soon? One step close to old GA features? One can hope!!
