This announcement comes with months and months (and months!) of hard work from FlowPath - Facility Management Platform engineering team, and we are just starting beta 😅.
I don't say this lightly, this is the first of its kind CMMS AI Assistant, full stop. This levels up the entire FlowPath platform (and the CMMS industry?).
This is not a one button feature, this is changing the foundation of FlowPath and how our users operate/interact with their CMMS.
You can type, speak, or upload files/images to take action on all objects in FlowPath. Create/update/enrich/ask questions on work orders, assets, pm schedules, inventory, vendors, projects, events, reporting dashboards, users, locations, the list goes on and on....all in bulk from multi-part statements.
FlowPath AI Assistant can bubble up recommendations and alerts to your team, automatically, and learn from your interactions to tailor the recommendations/alerts that it provides.
Excited to provide this to ALL of our customers with no extra platform charge (once we are out of Beta).

🚀 FlowPath is excited to announce the launch of FlowPath AI Assistant! 🚀
Just a little announcement for the HUGE week of both the IFMA #Worldworkplace #conference and Venture Atlanta Conference taking place.
This new functionality makes FlowPath the first CMMS to offer a full platform AI Assistant
But it’s more than just creating an asset from a photo or generating a full PM schedule for that asset – it’s an AI that understands what you say and performs actions across the FlowPath platform. For example:
- Ask it to show you all your work orders waiting for your approval
- Tell it to add comments, apply a category, and assign a new user to a work order
- Ask it how to perform a service on an asset
- Use it to monitor activity in real-time across your data

🤙 And here’s the best part: we’re providing the AI Assistant to all customers as part of the platform – it won’t be an expensive upsell.

What’s important now? We’ve officially kicked off our beta period with over 30+ customers who have volunteered to participate; each with their own unique application of how FlowPath AI Assistant can help them. A full rollout to all FlowPath customers is slated in the new year.
🔒 And here’s a key detail: Their data is theirs. It will never be used to train models or stored anywhere outside of their account. Privacy and security are paramount to us.
