As a recruiter, I've been facing some interesting challenges when it comes to recruiting top talent in #Europe, especially from #Germany #Poland #Hungary #Switzerland and #Romania. The tech talent pool is vast, yet connecting with the right candidates is becoming increasingly difficult. I’ve spent hours sifting through LinkedIn profiles, but somehow, I’m still not finding the right fit for some of the roles I’m handling. One of the main issues I've encountered is that many highly skilled professionals aren't actively looking at the platforms I typically rely on.
